(Final) Shipping update, Yield Dev update and Hidden Leaders on BGA in beta phase

Hello Heroes of Oshra,
this will be a rather brief update from our end, yet we still hope you like it! We want to start by saying: Thank all of you for your support to make this game happen! Without you, we wouldn't be where we are now.

SHIPPING FINISHED

We finally did it. Shipping is completed for all backers! If you haven't received your pledge or have an issue concerning the components, please reach out to us via email to [email protected]. Also, it would help us a lot if you give us an honest rating on BGG to spread the word about the expansion.

YIELD DEVELOPER UPDATE AND PLAYTESTING

With Hidden Leaders Forgotten Legends delivered to you, we are eager to let you guys know that our next project "Yield", a tactical and fast paced area control game for 2-5 players, is launching in June 2024 (exact date tbd). We are currently setting up the BGG Page and preparing the prototype to send them to content creators. 
We would love for you guys to playtest it either online or in our hometown Vienna. If you are interested in playtesting, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you.

HIDDEN LEADERS ON BOARDGAMEARENA

Since our last update on Hidden Leaders hitting BGA, thanks to your feedback it has moved from Alpha-phase into Beta-phase, which is awesome. We will leave it there for roughly 1 month to see if any bugs still come up before we fully release it. In the meantime, the incredible independent developer Hervé Di Stefano aka Shun91 is working on implementing the Forgotten Legends expansion there as well. Thanks for all the hard work you put into this!

today we want to update you on 3 topics. In short these are:

SHIPPING UPDATE

If you haven't received your pledge despite it being marked as fulfilled, please reach out to us after 2 weeks from now via email to [email protected] so we can best help you.

US and SOUTH AMERICA

Fulfillment is complete for both English and Spanish copies in the US and South Amrica. The last packages left the shipping hub at the end of December.
Concerning backers who have accidentaly received a retail copy of the Hidden Leaders base game, the process of sending you the KS base game is still in progress. Backers affected by this issue should receive their pledge within the next weeks and can keep their retail copy. Again, we are sorry this happened!

AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND

Fulfillment is almost complete and should wrap up in the following 1-2 weeks.

HIDDEN LEADERS ON BGA 

BoardGameArena is a free online platform where friends and strangers alike come together to play with each other. Thanks to the amazing work of the independent developer Hervé Di Stefano aka Shun91 we are proud to share with you that Hidden Leaders is in alpha status on BoardGameArena. This has been in the works for some months now and we are so proud that this is happening.

For Hidden Leaders to be fully released on BGA, it needs to go though alpha and then beta phase, where bugs are being fixed. We would appreciate it very much if you play it online and report any bugs found directly to the BGA bug report.

YIELD DESIGNER UPDATE AND ART/STORY BOOK SNEAK PEAK

We have had quite some play sessions of Yield over the last month after Andreas returned from his trip to Asia and are finetuning little but important parts of game play. 
If you haven't heard of our newest upcoming project yet, Yield is a 2-4 player area control game, where players will try to capture fortresses worth victory points, fend off enemy armies and even yield in battles to win the war.
In each of the 3 rounds, players will perform 4 out of 6 possible actions to try and move, fight, conquer and maybe even sneak their way to victory.

Yield plays roughly 40 years prior to the events in Hidden Leaders. The Emperor is still "young and healthy", but must face of against his own daughter - Princess Lemron - who cannot bear the injustices envoked by her own father, who after defeating the undead armies, rules the island of Oshra with an iron fist.

As part of the Yield campaign, we will also release a dedicated story- and artbook with background infos on the world and people of the Hidden Leaders universe (Hidden Leaders, Almost Innocent and Yield for now), featuring pleanty of unique artworks by japanese artist Satoshi Matsuura.

Hello guys,

In today's update we want to share with you the shipping status by region. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or issues regarding the game (e.g. status of delivery) please reach out to us via [email protected]. This way we can support you the fastest and most reliably.

We will also weekly update the delivery status here.

USA: The games arrived at the warehouse at the end of last week and are currently waiting in queue to be processed. Delivery ist estimated to start late November to early December.

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND: The games arrived at the warehouse at the end of last week and are currently waiting in queue to be processed. Delivery is estimated to start mid to late November.

CANADA: The shipment arrived at port on November 5th. The games will be loaded onto trains and make their way to the Canadian center approximately within the next 2 weeks. Delivery is estimated to start late November to early December.

EU: Spain: Unfortunately we experienced some delays on start of delivery. Packages will be prepared starting next week and delivery should start soon after that. We are sorry for the delays and will keep you updated on the timeline. 

Rest of EU: The last games left the warehouse on November 7th. If you have not received your pledge by now, please give it some time still and reach out to us if you have not received your game by the end of November.

ASIA: The last games left the warehouse on November 2nd. If you have not received your pledge by now, please give it some time still and reach out to us if you have not received your game by the end of November.

UK: The games finally arrived at the UK warehouse on November 7th. Delivery is estimated to start late November.

REST OF EUROPE (not EU, not UK): Delivery through France has started and is still ongoing for games to other European countries.

SOUTH AMERICA: English games to South America will soon leave the US, Spanish games to South America will soon leave Spain. Estimated start of fulfillment is December. We will keep you updated on the shipping.

AFRICA, MIDDLE EAST AND REST OF THE WORLD: Fulfillment to Africa is going through France, Middle East and Rest of the World are going through China directly. The deliveries have started already and are still ongoing.

LOCAL PICKUP VIENNA, AUSTRIA: Games will be ready for pickup in around 2-3 weeks at Planet Harry in Vienna. We will reach out to backers individually when the pickup is ready.

ADDONS: Last but not least, based on your destination addons might be shipped separately from your core pledge. Some addons have been sent to a different hub as originally intended and are now being redistributed. We are sorry about that. This might cause some small delays on a few add-on fulfillments, but be assured you will get them soon.

Ship ahoy! The first games have reached backers

Ship ahoy! We all were waiting for this moment eagerly, but the waiting period is coming to an end. We are ahead of our time table and the first games are being delivered to backers already. 

Delivery Status: First games arriving

In Asia and Greece, backers hold their first copies in hands already. For the rest of Europe we expect the English, French and German games to reach you just around the Essen board game fair early in October. The US, Dutch and Spanish copies should be sent out of the warehouses late in October. All in all, you should hold your game in hands in a few weeks. This way we will be almost one month earlier than estimated. You find our best estimates and current status in detail here on the delivery sheet.

 In case that your address has changed recently, please contact us immediately under [email protected] and we will do our best to still update it.

 BFFGames at SPIEL in Essen

We are coming to SPIEL once again. In case you also make it to Europe's biggest board game fair, drop us a visit in Hall 3. We are at the Matagot and Friends booth from Thursday to Saturday. Come by, play our games and take a look at our brand new prototype.

 Yield: The Battle for Oshra

While Forgotten Legends is arriving, we are eagerly working on a new game. Yield, the Battle for Oshra is an area control game that is set as a prequel to Hidden Leaders. You can already set a reminder on our Kickstarter prepage.

 The Board Game Goblin is coming to Asia
